It start react with atmospheric moisture allow to cures in a elite elastomeric waterproof membrane. FLEXE AQUA ELITE PU + is designed for Vertical and Horizontal surfaces. Elastomeric fast curing properties enabled.

Surface Preparations:
The Adheren's must be completely free from existing oil spillage, grease, loose particles, sealers. Must be thoroughly decreased with a good decreasing solvents (eg: Toluence, Acetone trichloroethylene) and abraded with coarse emery paper or chemically etched. Any damaged and hollow surface must be repair before waterproof coating. Inadequately pre-treated substrates may not bond satisfactorily.

Crack Repair:
Horizontal and vertical angle joints, floor cracks need to be prepared with 50 x 50mm U cure cutting filled with FLEXE PCR - PU crack free mortar as per the maintenance instruction.

Primer:
Use FLEXE AQUA ELITE PU+ alone can be use as a primer coat it should be mixed with 1: 2 ratio water. Optimum result use FLEXE APP water based primer one or two coats depends upon the substrate condition.

Applications:
Before application make sure with suitable ambient condition and limited saturated surface. Stir properly FLEXE AQUA ELITE PU+ with the help of peddles mixer slow speed between 250 to 300Rpm to attain optimum result and free flow application. First coat and second coat tine between 6 to 7 hours time in a tack free condition. It may differ based on surface condition, climate condition, mixing and application methods. Don't add water, solvent or thinner etc. during application

Limitations:
Do not apply extremely hot and wet weather. In our Indian conditions during hot temperature accordingly make schedule execution. Its advised technically qualified supervision will increase supreme result. Apply FLEXE AQUA ELITE PU+ Single component polyurethane membrane directly on primed surface. Always protect the coating with proper protection. FLEXE AQUA ELITE PU+ single component polyurethane membrane should not be left exposed to Direct UV light for more than 28 days.

Consumption:
1.1 - 1.4 kg/m2 total consumption when applied in two or more layers. The coverage is based on application by roller on to smooth surface. However any presence of porosity or factors like temperature and application can after consumption.
Self Life

Factory sealed containers of this products comes under 12 months shelf life. It should be store in cool and dry place preferably in sealed containers and should be not be store in exposed to direct sun light. If stored in its original containers between 5°C and 40°C away from humidity and excessive heat.
